Our Story

With over 19 years of experience in the automotive industry, travelling globally, working in different tier 1 companies, managing engineering and supplier teams globally with huge cultural differences and mindset, one thing that struck me was that the problems of the stakeholders are the same which is achieving the highest level of productivity.

So how do you solve this problem of low productivity which is affecting every organization irrespective of their cultural background or location? From a young age, I found myself observing human behavior closely, sometimes even provoking reactions simply to understand the emotional expression and response. In 2009, my mentor asked me a deceptively simple question: “What if your work was your hobby, the thing you know best, doing it with passion?”

That question became a turning point. It led me down a deeply personal and transformative journey, one driven by two further questions: Who am I, really? And what is my purpose? At the time, I couldn’t see how identity + purpose = productivity and much more the multiplying effect of emotional intelligence in the productivity equation. Honestly, I felt confused too! It took years of reflection, learning, and lived experience before it became clear. Emotional intelligence, when truly understood, always leads to victory, but not winning alone. Once I understood this, it transformed my leadership and my teams.
